Like most of America finding a house that’s affordable is nearly impossible. I swear I was on realtor.com refreshing the page every 5 minutes. One day I refreshed and saw this beautiful farmhouse on a few acres . I quickly got ahold of the realtor , I just knew before even seeing it that it had to be ours. This was before we even knew we’d be blessed with our girls . Sadly someone came in with a cash offer and our hearts were broken. Somehow that cash offer fell through and we went into contract the next day . The whole process took months before we could actually get in here . There is still so much work but this is our forever home so we have nothing but time. Enjoy some pictures . Some are before and some are after 😊

I’m having a horrible time finding the history of it but we just love it 💛 est built in 1901 (that’s when they started keeping records here ) so probably a little earlier .
